MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURES
How can I join?
There are 2 forms of association membership - full member (1) and associate member (2).
The full member enjoys the rights granted to the member by the Charter of the Association, and the Associate member enjoys all the rights and duties of the member, except the right to vote (passive and active) in the Association Council, unless otherwise determined by the Board decision.
Membership of the Association will be based on the written application of the candidate for membership of the Association. A sample statement of writing can be found here. When filling out an application, a member must indicate which form of membership he / she wants (full membership or associate membership).
The members of the Association (both full and associate) may be the following entities: National Bank, Commercial Banks, Brokerage Companies, Microfinance Organizations.
The member of the Association shall be the person (s) empowered to represent him / her in the Association who has (h) the authority to make the decision.
The number of members of the Association is not limited.
The Association Council decides on the membership. Compliance of an applicant with the conditions set forth in the Charter of the Association or any other document adopted by the Association does not oblige the Association Council to decide whether to accept the applicant as a full or associate member. In deciding whether to become a member, the Association Council enjoys complete discretion and is not obliged to substantiate its decision to reject or reject the applicant as a full or associate member.
